Lauri replaces lost pieces!
Everyone knows a puzzle with a missing piece is no fun at all. Lauri wants to help keep your puzzles fun for generations. That's why we offer replacement pieces for our products. For a small fee your puzzle can be completed once again.
Product Availability
Replacements are available for all Lauri puzzles currently in production. We also have a limited supply of discontinued puzzle pieces, and therefore cannot guarantee color or availability. Replacements for other Lauri products may also be ordered.

Orders / Requests
We currently handle all replacement requests through the mail.
Use this website to create an order. Then print the order and mail it to us at Lauri Toys PO Box 0263 Smethport, PA 16749.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Be sure to include your Name, Address, and other contact information (phone / email). If you do not include you're address, we won't know who to send it to!!! (Please make checks payable to Lauri Toys, No credit cards).

Javascript and Cookies
This site uses Javascript and cookies. They should be enabled by default on most web browsers. Click Yes/OK if asked to “Accept Cookie” from this website. Your piece selections are stored in that cookie.
Piece Selection – Lauri Puzzles
Lauri Puzzles are made with 5 to 8 colors of Crepe Rubber. Therefore each piece is available in that many colors. Each piece is given a number. To select a piece, click on that piece in the picture outline of the puzzle. You will then see a description filled in. Next, Select a Frame Color or a Piece Color. The “Frame” is the largest Crepe Rubber piece of the puzzle, which outlines the puzzle. The Frame is NOT the plastic blue or yellow puzzle tray. If you don't know what piece color you need (because the piece is missing!), then select the Frame Color and our database will know what color that piece should be. If you know what Piece Color you want, then select that from the Piece Color menu. (Please only select Frame or Piece color, not both). Note: Some pieces will not be available in all colors. Some shapes are the same (example: The spots on the Butterfly, the dots on the Bug, The boxes on the truck). If you receive an error message that says “This piece is not available in this color” then try a different similar shaped piece.
Piece Selection – Other Lauri Products
Only the Puzzles have clickable images. To select pieces for Other Products, use the Drop-Down Menus below the picture.
Multiple Pieces
In the event that you should need more than one of a certain piece, please make a note of this on your order form and add the extra amount to the total. Please be aware that in some cases buying a new product would be less expensive than multiple replacements (example: LR2437 Tall-Stacker Pegs 25 pack, LR-2593 Needles 36 pack, LR-2594 Laces 24 pack)
Non-Listed Products
Some products are not listed for replacements online, but replacements may be available. Please write the LR Stock Number, Item Description, Piece Description and color on the order and add the cost to the total (Most are Regular Piece pricing).
Discontinued Products
We cannot guarantee availability or color of replacement pieces for Discontinued products. Once our stock is gone, it's gone. You can ask for a specific color or acceptable colors (write it on the order), but we may not have it. Any money for pieces not available will be refunded to you. (Please! If you're only ordering 1 or 2 discontinued puzzle pieces, Check with us first before sending orders!)

When you have completed your order, print the Replacement Piece Order page. Please fill in your Contact Information at the bottom of the page. (Hint: You can type it in before printing. It's easier for us to read!)
